Again there is nothing in the text to state that the elect lose their inheritance within the wrath.

The sequence does not continue forever in the text (only covering the arrival of the saints rather than the duration) although it will: John gives a description of the city of the elect - as a bride prepared for her husband - a stark contrast to the fidelity of the woman riding the beast.

The sealed are shown not as merely being on earth during the tribulation (The high mountain "philadelphia" to which John was taken to view the descent.) there have been some sealed since the time of the apostles, (the foundation of the city and its measurement show this - along with the length of 144 cubits, representative with the stature of the least (the angel of the church) as then made a pillar in the temple of God.) Thus the inheritance of the saints does not begin with the start of the wrath - although the sealing must be completed before the wrath arrives, we could properly assume from the text. (Because no "green thing" (singleton in the earth) is to be hurt in tribulation before the sealed are completed.)

We may place the sealing of the elect in alignment to the woman with the crown of twelve stars - (at the election of Israel), and the covenant of God with Israel from patriarchs to body of Christ. Thus the inheritance and this final segue pre-dates the period of the church and is as distinct as the woman with the 12 stars. However, the woman is tested sorely - and the bride of Christ is selected strictly from her number.

So our picture of the three "segues" end to end has no determinable start or finish: and the only thing in the middle - comprised of the trumpets (and yet before the wrath within which comfort of election is made sure) is the final fall of Babylon - the great falling away. We know this must occur first before antichrist is revealed: But that occurred in the seals (first sequence of segue) and only tribulation remains in the second segue as the "hour of temptation" - within which those that have a greater love for the truth (than their love of fellowship with tares) are tried and tempted. The great tribulation proper occurs alongside the wrath with the battle of armageddon. That battle occurs in full swing as the elect are tested very sorely, against those whom deem themselves more worthy of eternal life than those that truly have it.

God's doors are always open if you would be elect. If you can stand to testing through a life that is not fair, then you will know God's comfort if you turn to Him on His terms and recognise His authority as totally absolute. The inheritance of the saints is for all (complete) healing and rest - this world has nothing it can do after it has finished battering its children, and the flock of the Lord will forever be saved.
