A Vile Person Stands Up

The text describes the next individual as a "vile person". A deceiver and manipulator (a liar).

-- Click To Expand/Collapse Bible Verses -- Dan ch11:v21-24
Dan 11:21 And in his estate shall stand up a vile person, to whom they shall not give the honour of the kingdom: but he shall come in peaceably, and obtain the kingdom by flatteries.
Dan 11:22 And with the arms of a flood shall they be overflown from before him, and shall be broken; yea, also the prince of the covenant.
Dan 11:23 And after the league made with him he shall work deceitfully: for he shall come up, and shall become strong with a small people.
Dan 11:24 He shall enter peaceably even upon the fattest places of the province; and he shall do that which his fathers have not done, nor his fathers’ fathers; he shall scatter among them the prey, and spoil, and riches: yea, and he shall forecast his devices against the strong holds, even for a time. (KJV)

Now, the "honour of the kingdom" or "rule" we may state to be analogous to the status of a K4 subgroup, whichsoever one of the northern octal it refers to - besides the static one which we assume to be [b,d,f] as the "fortress".

This vile person enters in by taking the converse position of the elements {a,c,e,g} outside of the static subgroup [b,d,f]. (We are in the northern octal where {c,e,g} is a static bow rather than a subgroup as in the south.)

By entering in with flatteries, separating out the unity element and triples

a = 1 = {c,e,g}
c = 1 = {a,e,g}
e = 1 = {a,c,g}
g = 1 = {a,c,e}

By doing so he "implicitly" defines the static subgroup [b,d,f] - by "implicit" we obtain the kingdom as "by flatteries". Now the "vile person" whom we will refer to also as the king of the north, only has the elements in the centre - of those in {c,e,g} and the one bow {c,e,g} that opposes the element "a" in the centre of the top row.

By opposing [b,d,f] (the stronghold) with a mere singleton "c" say, then he deceitfully "comes up with a small people" yet overflows the kingdom as if he opposed it with all of the triples {a,e,g}, {a,c,g}, {a,c,e}. (the singleton in the centre is as with the "arms of a flood" (as if it were of many forces)

The "arms of a flood" then refer to the battleground in the centre of those singletons c, e, and g: yet in opposition he merely stands against the element "a" referred to as the prince of the covenant (unity). In opposing with singletons only, merely one battle is fought against the prince of the covenant, and the rest of the kingdom is overflown as if it were taken in battle, yet only by a show of force of this "small people" in the centre.

The fortress of the north falls to the "vile person" (the king) by means of the league he makes with the kingdom (defining the whole octal implicitly) that he assumes the throne (of the northern octal) on the basis that he is able to oppose the king of the south whenever he should come.

The king enters in peaceably - (assumes rule) over the fattest places - (richest) which we may make the analogy of the groups [a,b,c],[a,d,e],[a,f,g] corresponding to the element "a" in the centre (unity). We then have the similar situation to the "hail and fire mingled with blood" in revelation.

a = 1 = [b,d,f]
c = [a,f,g]
e = [a,b,c]
g = [a,d,e]

The "fattest or richest" places themselves form a K4 group. (Its elements correspond to the elements of the kings' "bow" {c,e,g}.

whereas the "less rich" areas of the province remain merely its coset.
b = [c,d,g]
d = [c,e,f]
f = [b,e,g]

Now these "less rich" areas take the place of the "them " within whom the king scatters the prey, spoil and riches. (analogous to the elements {c,e,g} now amongst the elements {b,d,f} which constitute together with them the "less rich" subgroups above.) The spoil is to be taken from the south (from {c,e,g}) by the forces of the north yet to attack the south - as part of the "league made with him".

No such thing was done by his father or his father's father - we have a set of three generations relating to the king.

a = 1 (fathers' father) corresponds to [b,d,f] (the father) which corresponds to [c,d,g],[c,e,f],[b,e,g].(as the generation in view)

Such an association was not made previously by the kings of the north.

The devices forecast against the strongholds in "hail and fire mingled with blood" take the place of the associations we see above - but made over every subgroup of the northern octal

a = [b,d,f] = {c,e,g}
b = [c,d,g] = {a,e,f}
d = [c,e,f] = {a,b,g}
c = [a,f,g] = {b,d,e}
f = [b,e,g] = {a,c,d}
g = [a,d,e] = {b,c,f}
e = [a,b,c] = {d,f,g}

So say, [c,d,g] corresponds to {b,d,e},{a,b,g},{b,c,f} with intersection "b" which corresponds to [c,d,g] as required. This is done "even for a time" i.e. with the application of a seven cycle as in descending the leftmost column above. A different association requires a different seven cycle.
