Regressive Or Regenerative?

So, in the sense of the 6, 7, 8 cycle where two parts finite will encounter the one part eternal or perfect - there is a sense that the result will either be regenerative (hot) or regressive (cold or lukewarm.) The eighth position if it were the choice of dwelling in the 6, or in the rest of the seventh, is to remain cut off from Christ or to be found in both Christ and the Father.

No one therefore attains the rest of unity in the Father unless He is likewise found at rest in Christ (and whilst Christ is sat at the right hand). The "lukewarm" finds itself supposedly at rest though as if Christ were sat at the left hand of the Father - and is found in Christ Himself to his right or left - but both excluded from the rest of identity in Christ, and therefore from rest at the Father's right hand.

So an "eighth" is only a continued sense of dwelling in the seventh if it is regenerative, and is separate from the regressive sense where the rest is never entered into, and the individual is excluded from rest in the Father's right hand as two parts cut off from Christ.

So the "seventh" or rest is a continuing state, and not an "eighth state" - the start of a new week. This is the heart of the misnomer of "the eighth of the seven". There is either the case that the believer is at liberty in Christ in rest, or the individual is outside of that rest, and the "eighth state" is simply one of the other six non-unity elements.

So if the seventh place is either totally for Christ, or made to be totally against Christ, there is no sense of moving from six to eight through the seventh, or from seven to six through the eighth. The rest continues and the lukewarm is cut off. The tree is one or the other and there is no "darkness" in God. For to have one's eye single (in focus) i.e. "correct in perception" (to hold true L(G)) is to be full of light (understanding) whereas to be unable to focus is to be full of darkness (confusion.)

Why paraphrase like this? Well, the eighth is still not an empty position, one state being "of the six" is separate from the "seventh", but the believer moves from the six to the seventh when they are born again: We would only hope to continue in Christ and not to be seduced by the enemy to the worldliness about us. Is there a falling away also as from seventh to six? Clearly there is a falliing away as is prophesised, But God's elect were chosen by God from the beginning, there is no "accident" in whom God would choose: He makes us into the vessel He has chosen, whether for honour or dishonour.

God has sworn in His wrath that the ungodly should never enter in to His rest. That equates to the seventh never being traveled "through" to the eighth. What manifests rather is the six, or the seventh, where the seventh is truly the seventh or one of the sixth. There is no "eighth stage" as in revelation where there actually is an "eighth kingdom" which is a remnant of the previous seven.

Whilst stating that though, to consider the eighth as a start of the cycle that repeats here; that the eighth is a choice of any from 1 through to 7 is not indicating a misnomer, (a synthesis of Christ with antichrist is in view as "Hell") ; but one should realise also that "7" in this sense is not our choice but that of God only! Then there is only the choice of rest as "7 continued" or of a choice of 1 to 6 as the seventh stage instead, not an "eighth" place from which to choose to follow God or some other, but merely the seventh position, as rest or rebellion in antichrist.

Then, we see more evidently the difference between the deadly wound and the healing of it in revelation where indeed, the eighth is of the seven.

On another note, consider the passage where Jesus meets a samaritan woman.

Now it could be argued that this 6, 7, 8 cycle is a regenerative one because the woman perceived Jesus to be a prophet and went away rejoicing. Yet the five husbands that were, the one "that is" and Jesus as the seventh (and final) husband was survived by the woman and we may only assume or expect the woman stayed "In Christ" with her faith. Now, the woman was not in receipt of the sabbath rest by promise to OT Israel through the law, so we may dismiss the notion that the woman was regenerative in Christ to begin with; We certainly have that either the woman truly enters sabbath rest in Christ then or as survivor of seven "husbands" continues "in the seventh", or divorces herself from Christ to the exclusion of her election.

Now, if we consider the regenerative "6, 7, 8 cycle" Where the elect are washed by the renewing of their mind in grace so they regain the rest of Christ , we see an ongoing continuing seventh state, and no eighth. (As a "rest" or identity element, it is the "background" to each day in the week, being the state before and after, and is continuous rest. It is not exited, except by considerable fault.) If there is an eighth state it is because the kingdom of God came close to being accepted, but never made it past the stumbling blocks and spiritual potholes in this world. For there to be an "eighth" the seventh needs to be survived and then grace broken: what happened in that case was the gospel was accepted already mixed in with leaven; the contemporary world's motives and its cares.

Knowing that God "In the days of these kings" God sets up a kingdom , and that kingdom will last forever and not meld with the iron of the world about it, and will be as clay, we know that if the kingdom of God came close, it was mixed with too much iron as opposed to too much clay, as the world does not equal the kingdom of God just as much as the kingdom of God does not equal the world.

We do not know the final state of the woman, lets hope she is saved :)

Now the tricky bit. How then does the "eighth which is of the seven" correspond to the "woman surviving seven husbands" if the seventh as the former refers to the USA beast and the latter refers to Christ as the seventh instead?

We may state that the woman, as before her creator already has a six cycle of her finite created nature as the group C6 as in GF(7)*. The arrival of Christ as a her new spiritual husband (to give her rest in the kingdom of God) is in view; whereas the sequence of five husbands and one current partner is no cycle at all but is a "counterfeit" salvation where she has clearly followed after her own lusts. It is a sequence or set of situations she has 'survived'. One would either state that she continues as in the rest of the seventh in Christ or replaces Him with a false Christ as a false seventh. In that respect she - (as well as anyone whom would not accept her exclamations to the village that here was the Christ) also "survives" the seven; but the seventh was not Christ, but a false christ if there is an "eighth". Essentially, we may assume the woman's choice to be her chance for salvation, and the situation repeats elsewhere. We must remember Jesus never lost one believer that the Father has given Him.

Logically there is the bullseye that in the case of the scarlet beast, there was no kingdom of God at all, merely a counterfeit nation of God that failed itself (as the iron mixed with clay not cleaving together, separated to election or rejection.). In the woman's case there is no "eighth" at all if she is saved, and it follows there is only an eighth if she is certainly not saved. (The eighth of the seven is reserved for the lukewarm, the vessels of satan and there is no "regenerative eight cycle".) The woman truly met Christ, and we can be sure the kingdom of God came right up to the samaritan woman to say "Hi". Even with no prior regeneration or blessing, Christ is the light to the nations.

One last thing to note is that "eighth is of the seven" only equates within the example as given to the Kingdom of God being ignored and something totally opposed to it substituted in it's place (in the revelation passage of the scarlet beast. Anyone for a drink of wormwood in water? Not here!) It (the kingdom of God) came for sure, but those that continue as an eighth of the seven were introduced to a worldly "seven" and not to Christ (The state of Israel as a source of leaven is a solution as to whom "Wormwood" in fact is.) He (Christ) never knew them (antichrist) because they rejected Him for the things of the world instead, they simply did not continue to look for Him.

So is there a regressive eight cycle and a continuously regenerative seven cycle? We have within GF(7) a cyclic multiplicative group isomorphic to C6, and there is in some sense a rest in the human creature as made on the sixth day as only found with unity in GF(7). However this is not God's sabbath rest which is unity in GF(8). Whereas God creates a human to have his being in a seven cycle but fallen, lives aside from Him in a six cycle, satan has chosen to counterfeit the divinely prepared six cycle by omitting the unity element in GF(7)* and creating a "five have fallen, one is" structure that does not cycle but is "survived" by the eighth which is of the seven. Satan has had to counterfeit the seventh. That the woman likewise had "five husbands and the one she has now is not her husband" indicates the better rest prepared for her in Christ than that which she had found by leaning to her own understanding.

I still state that "6, 7, 8 cycle" is a misnomer. In regenerative form there is no "eighth" but a continuous seventh sabbath rest, and in the regressive there is no sabbath rest, but a substitute antichrist for Christ. In the revelation passage where the "eighth is of the seven" is used it is apparent that this refers to the counterfeit work of satan to mimic the rest in Christ. This is done starting from the elements of C6 (with natural human rest as unity in GF(7)*) through to the missing elements of the octal in GF(8)+ - done by satans healing of the beast with the deadly wound using the three woes.

The "five that are fallen and one is" in revelation is as much a counterfeit of the six cycle embedded in the divine seven cycle as antichrist is for Christ Himself; there is no common "six cycle" in the case of the regressive or degenerative sense as exists in the regenerative case of Christ bringing rest to mankind in a seven cycle. The "eighth is of the seven" is simply the surviving little horn kingdom that once was; and at John's time of writing "was not", and yet "will be" in existence to heal the deadly wound. Incredibly the cycle of the multiplicative group in GF(7) is not fulfilled in counterfeit by physical Israel as the little horn state, though it preceded and survived the seven elements as it became the eighth - There is no cyclic nature or "overcoming" in the Holy Spirit for Israel unless one moves the kingdom of Israel from its OT physical lineage to NT spiritual union with Christ.
