The Deep

The "deep" mentioned in the creation account is the endless depth of time, we can imagine the deep as a depth of infinite descent and relativistic paradox plays no part in the existence of the deep. Paradox ensues in space-time in curves with complex distances in "proper time". God began to move in spirit upon the face (The front and likeness) of the waters (which became part of His creation, unlike the rest of "the deep" which is not used).

God's creation began with "let there be light". In doing so God formally declared the speed of light in the "waters" of the deep that He has placed His creation inside. The rest of the deep that is, not the "front" or "face" of the deep (the waters) or those parts of the deep which has some form (likeness, as a face) that God did not manipulate can not therefore have a finite speed of light, or possibly light at all.

One could ask that if the speed of light is infinite in "the deep" then any non-zero mass would have infinite energy at rest. Likewise if the speed of light is zero in the deep, then there would be no ability for anything to exist with mass in the same manner as we now observe, as all motion becomes a "space-like" curve that would be a paradoxical event.

But what of time? If the speed of light is infinite then every part of the deep is visible from everywhere else, and if it is zero then none of the deep is visible anywhere.

If light travels at infinite velocity then there is no time-dilation, no change in inertial mass due to relative velocity and an accelerating force will accelerate mass linearly as Newton would state. (That is, if mass could exist). Assuming for a moment that time exists in the deep without matter present, what is meant by depth other than of time? Universally, if light travels at infinite speed then to light, time in the universe still appears to stand still - or distances along its path are contracted to zero so that light travels "through" everywhere in its direction of travel at the same moment.

The creation account shows God dividing the light from the darkness - and also that darkness was on the face of the deep. It makes sense then to assume that the speed of light is zero in the deep. Then, if all motion is impossible unless it be greater in velocity than the speed of light how may any motion in the deep occur, even if the "spirit" of God did the moving? (Even God in motion would be paradoxical) Could we merely say that the speed of light is not exceeded because spirit is not observable? I would hope not.

The biblical account rather relates that mass is implausible for "spirit" and we may deduce from the waters described as "urine" (that mass has infinite energy in the "deep" and it is "waste effort" to create) that we could safely assume that the speed of light is infinite in the deep: The deep then with an infinite speed of light is itself all traversed in the same moment for the light-speed traveller, so must be technically infinite in observable "size" if such infinitely faster light is possible. (One could not see the edge of the deep.)

Likewise if it can not be true in a "finite volume 'deep' with infinite depth of time" that an "edge is seen" with an infinite speed of light, then every straight line in "the deep" must be a closed path, or "space like" with complex proper time. Either that or the 3-space (without time) itself is a closed path, although time in the deep increases when a body is under motion. That is,.. one could travel in a closed loop in space whilst travelling in a straight line (or geodesic) in "the deep" and without repeating the same moment in time.

Then we see that darkness (a folding back) was upon the face (the form, likeness - i.e. its space-like portion) of the deep. We could make such a "finite volume 'deep' with infinite depth of time" as an infinitesimal volume element under time, and we would have in some sense of calculus or integration a recreation of what intuitively could be grasped about the "outside" of the universe. (Such that time could exist in the deep without the apparent possibility of anything but infinitesimal height, length and depth; without a finite speed of light and thus the presence of mass.)

What of such an infinitesimal volume element, how does it occur? The model used for the Holy Trinity in the metaphysics and metamath sections of the site rely on the viewpoint of the trinity from a form of infinite regression. It (though cyclic) is an inherantly stable form of a trinity's viewpoint of perception.

With spirit massless and every volume element a closed curve on itself we can justify a trintarian model. Fundamental to the model is the transformation of the K4 subgroup throughout the octal parent: a natural spacial consequence of extension. Such cosets of the K4 part are cycled through the octal's subgroups by the "spirit" or seven cycle of the multiplication of the finite field with eight elements. (of which the octal forms addition.)

So quite naturally the trinity model transforms from volume element to volume by extension. And the transformation is perfomed purely by the Holy Spirit (which we assume to be massless and does the moving upon the "face of the waters") and the containment principle of the K4 field with each member of the trinity as an non-zero element.

We could consider then that the Father is as final Omega, and such an "infinitesimal" Christ the prior Alpha: but we could also state the extension occurred necessarily in a zero amount of time as the trinity is necessarily existent. Thus the trinity is a plausible candidacy for creator from the account, and in Him we may live, move and have our being.

Alternatively consider an infinite depth of time before the creation was existent. Then every moment before the creation was either spent doing an integration in calculus, or was traversed by God Himself as under "rapid expansion". Surely no one would second guess such an idea? We could make God a singular point that lasts for an eternity without applying such extension under GF(8) because of for lack of a word, "boredom". What existed before creation? well... God,.. Before God? Well... boredom. Before boredom? Well... more boredom.

What must one do to be bored? Nothing.
